I am a qualified Counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Person-Centred/Humanistic Counselling and Psychotherapy. I completed an advanced specialist training course for counselling children and young people in November 2017.

Like many people, I too have benefitted from having counselling at challenging times in my life. My experiences helped me to gain more self-awareness, led to greater fulfilment and inspired me to train as a Counsellor.

I live in Ashton Keynes, Wiltshire with my husband and two daughters. I set up my private practice in 2014 and previously worked as a Senior Counsellor for a charity called Teens in Crisis, who provide specialist support for young people. Prior to that, I worked in London at various colleges and universities counselling both young and mature students.  I have worked with a wide variety of age groups and issues.

In 2024 I moved to Folkestone, Kent where I am now seeing clients privately.
